We carefully pack and dispatch every ceramic tile order from Glasgow, Scotland.
UK delivery
UK orders are dispatched via Royal Mail. Postage is calculated by the combined weight of your order and your destination, and you'll see the exact cost before you pay.
Most UK deliveries arrive within 2–3 days, though this is a typical estimate rather than a guaranteed delivery time.
A mobile number is optional at checkout. If you add one, you will be notified of a delivery reference number, and it also helps us text you if there's ever a query with your order.
Worldwide shipping
We ship worldwide from Glasgow, mostly via Royal Mail, with other couriers used occasionally where appropriate. International postage is calculated by combined order weight and destination.
For overseas orders, applicable import duties and taxes are shown separately at checkout so you know the full cost before paying, rather than facing unexpected charges on delivery.

Returns & refunds
We want you to be completely delighted with your handmade ceramic tile. If a tile arrives damaged, please send us a photograph and we'll send a replacement straight away. If you're not happy with your tile for any reason, contact us to arrange a return and refund.
