About us
Skye Tiles & Salcombe Ceramics is the trading name of Cosmic Cards Limited (registered in Scotland, SC463592). Our tiles are designed in Scotland and hand-painted onto ceramic. We sell online and at markets and events.
Orders
When you place an order, you are making an offer to buy. We accept your offer when we dispatch your order. If we are unable to supply an item, we will let you know and refund any payment. Prices are shown in GBP (£); currency conversion may be applied for overseas customers at checkout.
Payment
We accept payment by Stripe and PayPal. Full payment is taken at checkout. Discount codes and gift cards, where applicable, can be applied at checkout.
Delivery
We dispatch orders from Glasgow, Scotland, mainly via Royal Mail. Postage is calculated by combined order weight and destination and is shown before you pay. Most UK deliveries arrive within 2–3 days, though this is not a guaranteed delivery time. We ship worldwide. For overseas orders, applicable import duties and taxes are shown separately at checkout.
Returns & refunds
If a tile arrives damaged, please send us a photograph and we will send a replacement. If you are not delighted with your tile, contact us to arrange a return and refund. See our Returns & Refunds page for full details.
Your account
If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details secure. You can manage your details, view your orders and save delivery addresses from your account page.
Intellectual property
All tile designs, artwork, photographs and content on this website are owned by us or used with the permission of the artists and photographers who supplied them. You may not copy or reproduce them without our permission.
